tasty dip for a party! Ingredients:
20 ounces frozen spinach, defrosted (2 packages) |
2 cups sour cream or 1 cup sour cream & 1 cup plain yogurt |
2 cups mayonnaise |
16 ounces water chestnuts (1 can) |
2 1/2 ounces knorr leek soup mix (2 packages) |
1 cup chopped green onion |
Directions:
1. Squeeze moisture from spinach. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Refrigerate for 3 hrs, or overnight. 4. Serve in hollowed out round loaf of sour dough French bread or with assorted vegetables. |
