Spinach Dip - Dairy and Soy Free (Raw) |

For the raw foodies out there. From Ingredients:
1 cup macadamia nuts |
water, for blending into a thick cream |
1 small garlic clove |
lemon juice, to taste |
sea salt, to taste |
1 cup fresh spinach |
Directions:
1. Blend until smooth, adjusting taste. 2. Add a bunch of roughly chopped spinach and blend on the lowest setting until finely chopped (you could just blend, but it would turn green, so you wouldn't get that white dip with spinach flecks.). |
