Delicious recipe for spinach dip that is always a hit for parties! Ingredients:
1 pkg. knorr leek soup mix (1.8 oz.) |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup mayo |
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (10 oz.) |
8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped |
*serve with crackers or serve in bread bowl. i love to use king's hawaiian sweet bread. |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, mayo and dry leek soup mix. 2. Stir in chopped spinach and water chestnuts. 3. Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours or overnight. 4. *If using bread bowl - remove the top and interior, fill with dip. Tear removed bread into pieces for dipping. Enjoy! |
