Delicious appetizer! Ingredients:
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach |
1/3 cup chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly, squeezing out extra liquid. 2. Wash parsley; pat dry on paper towel. In food processor, chop parsley using steel blade. Add spinach and remaining ingredients; pulse to combined. Store in airtight contrainer in refrigerator. Serve with thin wheat crackers, buttery crackers or celery and cheese sticks. |
