Slightly tangy version of spinach dip - really good for potlucks. Ingredients:
1 (10 oz) box frozen spinach, thawed |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 packet ranch salad mix |
1-2 tbls chopped fresh thyme |
2 tsp onion powder |
4 dashes hot sauce |
fresh ground salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a medium-sized bowl with a lid. 2. Chill in refrigerator for minimum 1 hour. Serve with french bread. |
