I got this recipe from a friend who brought this dip to work one day...very good. Ingredients:
250 g cream cheese |
1 package chopped frozen spinach |
1 cup shredded cheddar |
1/4 cup chopped onion = 1 small onion |
dill and garlic powder |
1 cup mayo |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except spinach in a bowl 2. Cook spinach as directed on package 3. Then put spinach (without water) in with the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. 4. Bake in bread bowl, covered with foil for 1 hour at 375F; uncover for the last 15 minutes. |
