Everyone's had this and everyone probably has their own way of making it. I'm posting my friend, Michael's rendition! Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
1 small package slivered almonds |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and chopped |
1 packet knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix |
parmesan cheese, grated and to taste (don't overdo the parm!) |
1 large round hearth-baked bread, hollowed out, reserving pieces |
Directions:
1. Hollow out the bread loaf so bowl can be used for dip. 2. Mix together all ingredients well. 3. Fill bread bow with dip. 4. Arrange cut-up bread pieces around loaf for dipping. 5. **Also great on party rye breadsl |
