I hate spinach but my best friend makes this dip and I am hooked! I actually started buying the one on the chip isle because I crave it, but this one is so much better! Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package spinach (frozen) |
1 (8 ounce) package sour cream |
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dip mix (hidden valley, powder) |
1 loaf hawaiian bread (round) |
Directions:
1. Thaw and squeeze spinach dry. 2. Mix powder and sour cream in large bowl. 3. Mix spinach into ranch mixture. 4. Cut the center out of bread loaf making a bowl. 5. Tear center into pieces for diping into spinach. 6. If serving immediately pour dip into bread bowl. If serving later store dip in air tight container in refrigerator. |
