Here's another spinach dip recipe to add to the collection. It is quite unique. Try serving it out of a hollowed out red pepper or purple cabbage. Yummy with vegetables or chips. Make sure you allow time for spinach to thaw (cooking time is thaw time.) Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach |
1 (6 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, chopped |
1 pint sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix |
Directions:
1. Thaw frozen spinach. 2. Drain well. 3. Drain water chestnuts. 4. Chop. 5. Stir all ingredients together. 6. Chill until ready to serve. |
