This is a great dip for family and fun. Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon dill |
2 tablespoons green onions, finely diced |
1 cup fresh spinach, wilted and chopped |
Directions:
1. In a small fry pan. 2. Add 4 tablespoons water and the spinach, cover and wilt. 3. Lay the Spinach out on a paper towel and pat dry. 4. Mix the Sour Cream, Mayonaise, Dill and Green onions. 5. Fold in the spinach. 6. Serve. |
