Spinach Deviled Eggs

Fantastic appetizer here. I made this for a potluck last week and everyone went nuts over them. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 dozen boiled eggs
10 ounce package frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup freshly grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
4 drops hot pepper sauce
4 tablespoons fine cracker meal
curry powder
Directions:
1. Cut eggs in half and scoop yolks out into a bowl.
2. Cover whites with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to stuff. Combine all ingredients together and puree until smooth.
3. Put purée in a large pastry bag fitted with a large star tip.
4. Fill each egg white by squeezing the filling from the pastry bag.
5. Garnish top with curry powder.
