Spinach Deviled Eggs

These deviled eggs are very good and light. Another good option for something green to offer in St.Patrick's Day. Enjoy them.
Ingredients:
1 dozen egg, hard cooked and peeled
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, squeezed dry
1/4 cup mayonnaise (i use low-fat)
1/4 cup bacon, slices cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise, scoop out yolk and mash with a fork.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon spinach mixture into egg halves.
3. Chill until ready to serve (about 2 hours to overnight to let the flavors blend.).
