                    Warm, comforting, delicious soup. Great way too eat your spinach, especially kids. Full of antioxydants and vitamins. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                18 ounces fresh spinach leaves  |  
                                                1 onion (thinly sliced)  |  
                                                1 garlic clove (minced)  |  
                                                2 tablespoons butter  |  
                                                1 tablespoon olive oil  |  
                                                3 tablespoons flour  |  
                                                2 cups chicken stock  |  
                                                1/3 cup half-and-half cream  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon celery salt  |  
                                                salt  |  
                                                pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Saute onions with butter and olive oil until tender, add garlic cook for 1 more minute. 2. Add fresh spinach saute until wilted. 3. Add flour, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add Chicken broth, bring to a boil until liquid thickens. 5. Cool for a few minutes. 6. Pour into a food processor or blender, add half and half cream, celery salt, salt & pepper, mix well until smooth.                              |
