Spinach-Cheddar-Bacon Quiche

A quiche that uses less eggs than most quiche recipes.
Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
9 inches unbaked pastry shells
Directions:
1. Drain spinach well, removing as much excess water as possible. Toss cheese with flour. Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Garish with additional bacon, if desired.
