Wonderfully healthy and Tasty Indian flat bread. Ingredients:
1/2 cup spinach |
1 tbsp olive oil |
3/4 cup 1% fat cottage cheese |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
Directions:
1. Blen Spinach and Cotatge cheese. 2. Knead with flour till smooth. 3. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen cloth. 4. Wait for 30 minutes. 5. Use a pastry roller to roll out 6 flat breads on a floured surface. 6. Toast on either side on a hot girdle with a drop of oil till bubbles form on surface. 7. Enjoy tasty and healthy chappatis. |
