This is a favorite spinach casserole recipe that has great flavor. I first made this 30 years ago and after all these years I still love it! Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages of chopped spinach, cooked |
2 (4 1/2 ounce) cans of mushrooms, drained or 9 ounces of fresh mushrooms |
2 teaspoons of minced onion |
1 clove crushed garlic |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2/3 cup of sour cream |
2 tablespoons milk |
2 tablespoons soft butter |
Directions:
1. Drain the cooked spinach. 2. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour into an ungreased casserole dish. 3. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees. |
