From The Stuffed Cougar Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs spinach |
1/4 cup butter |
3 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Boil Spinach & drain. 2. Combine Butter & Cream Cheese in saucepan & melt together. 3. Add Spinach to saucepan & combine thoroughly. 4. Place into casserole dish. 5. Top with Parmesan. 6. Heat in 305 degree oven for 10-20 minutes. 7. Broil for last 2 minutes if desired. |
