This recipe has been in our family for decades. We originally obtained it from a friend who was a Home Economics professor for the Univ. of Wisconsin (hence all of the cheese!) Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten |
1/2 tablespoon flour |
1/4 cup margarine |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 lb small curd cottage cheese |
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach (thawed) |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the above ingredients. 2. Place in a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. 3. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. |
