This is actually how I make my Broccoli Casserole, but I actually picked up the wrong ingredient and it turned out great and I also got alot of compliments. Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen spinach |
8 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
2 cups mild cheddar cheese |
1 cup minute rice |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Cook frozen spinach in a pot of water until it starts to boil. 2. Drain spinach and put in a round casserole dish. 3. Add the other ingredients and mix well. 4. Bake in the oven on 350 until the cheese is bubbling. Enjoy. |
