A taste of veggies and cheese! Ingredients:
1 1/3 lbs ground chuck |
2 cups spinach |
1/2 cup onion |
3/4 cup cheddar cheese |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
1 teaspoon garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Chop spinach and onion. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Make into 6 patties. 4. Grill or fry until done, about 5 minutes per side. |
