I came up with this smoothie when I was trying to incorporate more spinach into my diet because it so healthy for you. With the berries you can hardly taste the spinach. Feel free to sub other berries. Ingredients:
8-10 blackberries |
1/2 cup blueberries |
1 cup baby spinach leaves, loosely packed |
8 ice cubes |
2 tablespoons light sour cream |
2 tablespoons sugar, or more to taste |
1 cup juice, i recommend a light berry kind (i used a acai berry juice) |
Directions:
1. 1.Add all ingredients to blender; puree until smooth. Serve immediately or refridgerate for later. |
