Great for a party! You can freeze ahead of time and just pop in the oven when ready to use Ingredients:
2- 10 oz packages chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
4 cups pepperidge farm herbed stuffing mix |
1 medium onion, diced |
6 beaten eggs |
3/4 cup melted butter or margarine |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teasponng thyme |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. 2. Shape into balls and place on foil lined cookie sheets and freeze until firm. Do not thaw. 3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until light brown. |
