This recipe is from the kitchen of Frances Webb.... She is a wonderful cook .... Loves to give Dinner Parties and Tea Parties Ingredients:
20 oz frozen chopped spinach |
6 eggs, well beaten |
3 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix |
1 large onion, finely chopped |
3/4 cup milted butter |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 teaspoons pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
Directions:
1. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and squeese to remove excess water. 2. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients; mixing well. 3. Shape mixture in 3/4 inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheets. 4. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes 5. Yield: 11 dozen |
