Seventies potluck fun. MSG - wheee! I would seriously like to hold a seventies potluck fondue party, complete with music, games, crafts and decor and conversation pieces like Kliban cat prints, and pet rocks. This can be frozen and reheated later. Insert a cocktail pick in each, and serve warm in from a chafing dish. Ingredients:
2 large onions, minced fine and sauteed in butter |
2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained |
6 eggs, beaten slightly |
1 tablespoon accent seasoning |
3/4 cup butter |
2 pepperidge farm herb stuffing |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
2 teaspoons pepper |
1 tablespoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together in a large bowl, dry stuff into wet stuff. Cool after mixing all ingredients. Shape into balls. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. |
