Ingredients:
1 box pepperidge farm stuffing |
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed,squeeze out excess moisture |
1 egg, beaten |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese |
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Make stuffing according to box directions. 2. Add beaten egg, cheeses, and seasonings. 3. Add spinach to mix. 4. Shape into balls. 5. Place on greased cookie sheet. 6. Bake at 350° until browned, about 12 to 18 minutes. |
