I absolutly LOVE this salad. I could eat it every day. Ingredients:
10 ounces fresh spinach |
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced thinly |
8 mushrooms, sliced thinly |
11 ounces water chestnuts, sliced |
1/2 lb bacon, crumbeled, reserve fat |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Service with hot bacon dressing. |
