Ingredients:
3 pounds fresh spinach, cleaned and cooked |
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion |
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons whipping cream |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup buttered breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Combine spinach, cheese, onion, whipping cream, butter, salt, and pepper; stir well. Spoon into a 1-quart casserole. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until browned. |
