Spinach Artichoke Dip With Mango |

A tasty dip,r spread for crackers so easy with bright colors and rich flavors. Ingredients:
one 8 oz. package of organic cream cheese |
two large globe artichokes leaves removed |
three ounces of baby spinach |
one ripe mango peeled and diced |
two tablespoons lemon juice divided |
a pinch of salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Boil artichokes in water with tablespoon of lemon juice. 2. In the mean time, in a food processor, add spinach and tablespoon of lemon juice and pinch of salt, diced mango and pulse to combine. 3. Remove artichoke from boiling water and dice; add to processor with cream cheese and pulse to combine. 4. Serve with pita chips or crusty bread. |
