This is my favorite spinach dip, anyone who tries this will use it forever...I promise !!! I often double the ingredients because it will not last long !!! Ingredients:
10 oz. frozen spinach (thawed and drained) |
14 oz. can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped) |
1 c. parmesan cheese |
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese |
10 oz. jar alfredo sauce |
1 tsp. minced garlic |
4 oz. soft cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl 3. pour into small loaf pan 4. bake for 30 minutes or untill cheese is bubbly 5. serve in pan or transfer to bread bowl |
