Acutually the servings usually are just for 2! I ususally alwasy double or triple the recipe because it goes quick! Ingredients:
1 10oz box frozen spinach, thawed and drained |
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped |
1 cup shredded parmesan-romano cheese mix |
1/2 cup shredded monzerella cheese |
10 oz prepared alfredo sauce |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
4 oz softened cream cheese |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. combine ingredients in a bowl and spread into 8X8 baking dish. 3. bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbly and melted. 4. serve with bread or chips. |
