Spinach Artichoke Dip Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup mayo |
1 cup sour cream |
3 tblsp mustard |
1 red onion (chopped) |
2 boxes frozen spinach (thawed, drained, chopped) |
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts (chopped) |
1 cup mozzarella (shredded) |
1 cup parmesan |
Directions:
1. Mix mayo, sour cream, mustard, onions, mozzarella, and 2. 1/2 cup parmesan. 3. Add artichoke hearts and spinach. 4. Put in 13 X 9 X 3 dish. 5. Sprinkle remaining Â1/2 cup of parmesan on top. 6. Broil for 15 minutes (or until bubbling and parmesan 7. is a golden brown) |
