mums spinach dip, brought out in a bread bowl with triscuits and breadsticks

Ingredients:

bacon, diced

yellow onion, chopped

3+ cloves of garlic, chopped

1 jar artichokes

1 package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup spinach, chopped

Directions:

1. cook bacon with onion and garlic
2. add artichokes, cook 4 minutes
3. add cream cheese and sour cream, mix well
4. add spinach
