The best Spinach Artichoke Dip ever. People will beg you for this recipe!! Enjoy! Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed |
1 8 oz. container sour cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 8 oz. brick cream cheese |
1 cup grated romano, parmesan, asiago cheeses |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. In a food processor, mix together artichoke hearts, spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Romano cheese, and garlic. 3. Pour mixture into baking dish. 4. Bake until heated through and bubbly, about 30 minutes. 5. Serve with tortilla chips! |
