From Real Simple's Fake It, Don't Make It Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen spinach |
12 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese |
3/4 cup sour cream |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
pita chips or tortilla chips or french bread |
1 lemon, cut into wedges (optional) |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 f. 2. Squeeze spinach between paper towels to remove excess moisture. 3. In a medium bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Scrape mixture into a small, oven-safe baking dish. 5. Bake until lightly golden and heated through (about 15 minutes). 6. Serve warm with chips or bread and lemon wedges if desired. |
