Cheesy, warm, amazing. My friend Alicia gave me this recipe - and now I'm giving it to you. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach, thawed & strained |
1 (14 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts, strained |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup parmesan cheese or 1 cup romano cheese, shredded |
1 (8 ounce) bag mozzarella cheese, shredded |
2 -3 teaspoons garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 3. Transfer the mixture into a 9 pie plate. 4. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. 5. Serve warm with pita chips. |
