Great - just like the restaurants serve Ingredients:
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thaw & drain |
alfredo sauce |
salt |
pepper |
garlic |
diced red onion |
shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 jar artichoke heart, chopped fine & drained |
Directions:
1. Add drained spinach to alfredo sauce in mixing bowl. 2. Add spices& red onion. 3. Add shredded mozzarella until thick. 4. Add drained artichoke hearts. 5. To serve: in fry pan warm mixture but do not boil as oil will come out of cheese. 6. Place mixture in oven safe dish. 7. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese& broil for 2 minutes to brown cheese. 8. Serve with tortilla chips or lightly toasted bread fingers. |
