Serve with fresh veggies and crackers. Or for something different, use as a spread on bagels. Ingredients:
24 ounces whipped cream cheese |
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced |
1 cup chopped fresh spinach |
1/4 cup roasted red pepper, diced |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir with a rubber spatula until throughly blended. |
