Spinach-Artichoke-Crab Dip |

A not too creamy version of a veggies-seafood dip. Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 package spinach |
15 oz artichoke |
2 1/2 cups parmesan cheese |
16 oz crab |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and sourcream; stir unitl smooth 2. Add 1 cup of Parmesan; mix 3. Add artichoke and spinach (thawed, drained, excess water removed); mix 4. Add crab meat; mix 5. Place in caserole container 6. Top with remaining cheese 7. Bake in over for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbling. 8. Serve with crackers, melba toast, etc. |
