Love spinach and this is particularly good!! from Canadian living. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
1 small chopped onion |
1 (10 ounce) bag fresh spinach, washed and trimmed |
Directions:
1. In a large frypan, heat olive oil over medium heat; cook walnuts for 2 minutes. 2. Add onion, cook until softened, about 2 minutes. 3. Add spinach, in batches; cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. |
