Just something I came up with while going through my fridge for lunch. Ingredients:
1 cup baby spinach |
1 tomato |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 cup angel hair pasta (precooked) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. dice tomato, then put tomato, olive oil, and baby spinach in a skillet on low. cook until spinach just begins to wilt. add salt and pepper. 2. put over cooked pasta. 3. enjoy. |
