Good appetizer usign crescent rolls and laughing cow wedges Ingredients:
8 pillsbury crescent rolls, reduced fat (1 can) |
2 cups fresh chopped spinach |
168 grams laughing cow swiss cheese wedges (1 container) |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp basil |
1 tsp oregano |
1/2 tsp ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix Swiss Cheese in a bowl with chopped spinach, garlic, basil, oregano, and pepper. Add additional seasoning to taste. 2. Unroll Crescent rolls. Place a 1/2 tablespoon of cheese mixture in the middle of each Crescent triangle. Fold dough over cheese mixture. Make sure mixture is firmly in middle of dough with no opening. 3. Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle garlic powder and basil over each piece and bake according to instructions for Crescent rolls. |
