Ingredients:
1 whole(s) avocado peeled/sliced into rings |
1 tablespoon(s) orange juice |
1 pound(s) spinach torn into pieces |
1 pound(s) shrimp |
3 whole(s) oranges sectioned |
2/3 cup(s) olive oil |
1/3 cup(s) orange juice |
1-2 tablespoon(s) honey |
1 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) orange peel grated |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
1/8 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce |
1/4 cup(s) sriracha |
Directions:
1. To make dressing combine all ingredients, blend, and chill 2. Cook shrimp with sriracha 3. Sprinkle avocado rings with 1 tbs orange juice 4. Combine avocado, spinach, shrimp, and orange sections in a large bowl 5. Toss with chilled dressing 6. Optional: Add seeds, mushrooms, etc |
