Light spinach salad
Ingredients:
100 g baby spinach
20 g groundnuts
40 g tomatoes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Wash and drain spinach.
2. Add spinach into a large bowl .
3. Sprinkle groundnuts over spinach and toss.
4. Drizzle with lemon juice.
5. Decorate with sliced tomatoes around the bowl.
