Directions:
1. Rinse and drain one box of frozen spinach. Add spinach and half a bag of peas to 18 egg whites in a bowl. Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste, and spoon into cupcake pan. Cook for about 20 mintues or until done at 350 degrees.
