Low-cal, non-meat burgers Ingredients:
4 cups spinach |
5 oz button mushrooms |
5 oz shitake mushrooms |
1 cup bread crumbs |
2 tbls olive oil |
3 cloves garlic |
1 small onion |
5 slices wheat bread |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Boil spinach 2. Chop onions, garlic and mushrooms 3. Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms and spinach 4. Add bread crumbs and cubed wheat bread 5. Mix until stiff (add more bread if necessary) 6. Add eggs 7. Form patties and saute in frying pan |
