Spinach and Gruyere Omlette |

Mmmmm Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 tablespoon water |
1 teaspoon butter |
1/3 cup gruyere cheese, shredded |
1/3 cup spinach leaves, fresh |
2 teaspoons flat leaf parsley, chopped |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and water in a bowl with a fork until well blended. 2. Melt butter in 8 fry pan over medium high heat swirling pan to coat evenly. 3. Add eggs and cook using silicone spatula to lift up cooked eggs around edges while tilting the pan to let the uncooked eggs flow underneath until the eggs are fully cooked - about 2-3 minutes. 4. Sprinkle cheese over all. Then place spinach and parsley on half and fold. 5. Gently slide onto a plate and serve. |
