Spinach lovers will enjoy this one Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese |
2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry |
1/2 onion, finely chopped |
1 clove garlic, finely chopped |
4 roma tomatoes, chopped |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 loaf french bread, sliced diagonally into 3/4 inch thick slices |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except bread 2. Spoon onto bread and broil until crispy and browned |
