Spinach and Cream Cheese Phyllo Squares |

These are so easy and delicious. Ingredients:
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach |
garlic powder |
salt |
pepper |
1 lb phyllo dough |
1/2 cup butter |
1 egg |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. whip cream cheese until smooth. 2. add in spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. 3. put 2 tbsp of butter in a 1/2 sheet pan. 4. Unroll the phyllo dough and put half on the bottom of the pan. 5. Spread the filling in an even layer and top with the other half of the phyllo dough. Cut into 24 squares and pour butter all over the top. 6. Make a egg and milk mixture and pour over the butter and place in the oven at 350 for 25 mins or until lighty browned. |
