Spinach and Cheese Squares |

These are so yummy and freeze well in plastic bags. Ingredients:
4 ounces butter |
3 eggs |
1 cup flour |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated |
4 cups chopped fresh spinach |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a 9x13 inch pan. 2. Beat eggs. 3. Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder. 4. Add cheese and spinach, mixing well. 5. Spread into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. 6. Cool 30 minutes before serving. 7. Cut into squares. 8. These freeze well in plastic bags. |
