Easy and delicious! Ingredients:
1 pie crust |
1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach |
2 eggs |
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese |
1/2-3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 -2 slice american cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Defrost and drain spinach. 3. Mix eggs, cottage cheese, bread crumbs, milk, salt and garlic powder. Tear up cheese slices and add to mixture. Add spinach. 4. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes. |
